Cody,

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that hall sensor code can come up even if the problem
with rpm or cranc position sensor.  Even if it is not true, try to wiggle wires on rpm and
cranc position sensors.  I had same symptom for a week, discovered that wiggling helps and
drove with this another month than replaced sensor with good used one and it fixed the
problem.
