	interesting.  i guess if a 2000 A4 needed it, it would be
recommended in the manual.  someone posted off-list that his wife's
merc needs it.

	i'm looking forward to the return of my A4, first synth oil!

	BTW the dealer i use for service, rector audi in burlingame CA,
has bent over backwards to accommodate me.  very much the exception to
the rule when it comes to audi service.  highly recommended, no affiliation.
