Hi Per,

No, all pre-'95 cars are allowed to run catless here. However, not a lot of
tech inspection guys know that and I'm not looking forward to having the
same discussions at every annual inspection. I'm also weary of changing
legislation and for that reason want my car to appear standard technically.
