A/C, O-ring size ? Type 44

Go to the dealer.

As I remember, from back in my VAG dealership days, there are about 5 or 6
different o-ring sizes for A/C in the entire VW lineup.

If the dealer can't figure out what you need, offer to buy for of each under
the expectation that the ones you don't need will be returned.

We used to do it all the time.
