ford focus rims fitment?

Will Ford Focus rims fit on a 4000q?
The stock 6 spoke ZXx models have 16" 4x108 bolt
pattern.
Does anyone know what the stock late model audi rim
offset is? 40mm? Where is the offset meas. from?
Is the offset the meas. from the face of the hub to
the rear of the rim?
What are the limits of offset that can be fitted to a
4000q without complication?

Is this too good to be true?

Also, can anyone explain the relationship of rim size
to rolling diameter, or at least lead me to an older
listing thread or website covering this issue?
What size tire sidewall would one have to put on a 16"
rim to keep the same rolling diameter as the stock 14"
rims w/ 60(?) sidewalls (or whatever is stock).
What would be effected if the rolling diameter were to
become enlarged with new larger dia. rims?
-Spedo/ milage misread(in owner's favor(?))?
-Theoretically a slower 0-60 performace but a higher
top end speed and better (highway) gas milage due to a
"taller" final drivetrain setup from the larger dia
wheels?
