Dave,

To support what Taka states, they are a stock sized fitment.

It will most likely clear. It may be tight, but it will clear.
I have 16 x 7 A4 ET 45 with 205/55-16, and the clearance is about
1 mm. If you aren't sure, you can by H&R spacers, TireRack is one
vendor of these. Stay under 5 mm, and you can even use your existing
wheel bolts.

The 15" A4 wheels would be 15x7 ET45- perfect fitment for the
5ktq, as long as you're using 205/60R15 tires.
