how rare is the white leather interior in '87.5 Coupe GT???

There are many CGT's with all white on the outside.  The '86
Commemorative Edition have the all white treatment on the outside, but
the white interior seems to be an '87 only option.

On a slightly off topic, I have found that the real tip-off for the 87.5
NG, rear disc brake, CGT is that the window surrounds are body color.
Prior to the NG-engined cars, the window surrounds are flat black.

I have seen some all white CGT's with grey cloth interior.  The 86 CE's
had red leather.
