how rare is the white leather interior in '87.5 Coupe GT???

I've worn through the leather on the outer upper side panel and I've had
the lower upholstery off to replace the seat foam and it is not a re-dye.
 This whole interior is white and was originally.  Even the shift boot,
which also has a bit of a hole worn through it.
