Passenger Side Auto Mirror -need help!

Passenger side mirror lost battle with garage.  Mirror itself OK but the me=
chanism inside not working.  When I manually moved the mirror a small piece=
 of what I think was part of the linkage came sliding out the bottom.

I would appreciate some advice on how to repair this.
