Sure. Why not? Remember, it's the same mirror across ALL the type
44's, and if you've got such a broad criteria, finding one should be
downright easy.

There are two styles- yours -should- have the rotating collar. The
Bentley illustrates this best, but the back of the mirror has a ring
on it with notches that a sliding ring, on the mechanism, traps.
You rotate the ring by inserting a narrow flat blade screwdriver in
the hole on the bottom straight up, and it catches on teeth on the
outside of the rotating ring- you then angle to either the right or
left(sorry, don't remember!) and the collar turns...then the glass
should pull off.
Newer cars have some sort of snap-fit attachment, I'd have to dig out
the Bentley to see what the 'preferred' removal method is.
