Just a guess: but my 4000Q, once during its 400K life had the idle way off
and hessitant until high RPM.
The distributor was wobbling around in the engine. Worn out. A new one
replaced it and all was cured.
What's your milage?

bought a timing light with a digital read out and set the timing to 6
degrees BTDC (it was way off from the shop). FINALLY the jumping/missing
fixed.

Changed Water Temp Sensor, O2 sensor, Radiator, and other coolant sensor,
all
gear fluids.

Set the Control Pressure Actuator to 10mA at idle. Things were good for
about 7 days and then I get in and head to work today and the same
jumping/missing happening AGAIN. Timing is still at 6 degrees BTDC. Still
having difficulty accelerating on first morning start until engine heats up
though, coughs and misses.

HELP!!!
