Guarantee that it's spam. The 'directory' at the end of that URL is
actually a way of verifying your email address; it's a hash that
uniquely identifies you.  Other tricks used by spammers:

-embedded invisible images in HTML-encoded emails(client goes and
loads the URL, which uniquely identifies you)
-embedded unique identifiers in the
	-subject line
	-message body
...mostly so if you report it as spam, they can figure out who it was
that reported it(and mark them as a valid recipient)

All are used to identify success rates and confirm email addresses as
valid.  Ones that are valid are then resold to other spammers.

Spammers are getting sneakier and sneakier- I received 3 emails in
one day from 'secret admirers' encouraging me to reply to a hotmail
address(referred to as 'drop boxes' in the industry.)
