Odd electrical issue (90q20v)

I was an idiot and let some stereo shop put in my deck for me on my
20v... well when I got it back the fuse was blown that is on the same
circuit that the dome light is on... and I found the dome light switch
now brings the antenna up/and down when the radio is on... well when I
put in the fuse that problem goes away but then it blew again... I was
hoping someone would know a been there done that fix for this before I
go digging through wires...

I now ran the radio through its own independent wire from the battery so
thats not the problem.
