manifold, maybe - depends on car and engine. probably.
oil pan - the "small car" oil pans have a dent in them to clear the
radiator, the "big car" oil pans don't and come *very* close to the
radiator, if not touching it, when put on the smaller chassis. You can
beat an amateur dent into one if you want, or swap the pans.
New ones seem to be readily available, in the $60-75 range, I think.
