90,000 miles -Synthetic Oil?

Kevin,

I'll throw in my 2 cents anyway.
If the engine has had regular oil changes there should not be a problem. The
oil passages should be clean.
You may experience higher oil consumption and/or oil leaks. If you can deal
with the leaks or consumption - keep running it. You may get lucky and have
no issues.
I'd say go for it.
