We I have got the old 90Q running and even drove it a half mile or so. Now
that I have the new disrtibutor in, I need to set the timing properly.
George was good enough to relay the Bentley info to me but I have two quick
questons.
1. When I shoot thge flywheel with my timing light it loks like all I can
see is a 6 and then maybe an 18 - does that sound familiar to anyone?
2. I also recall on other cars having to disconnect some vacuum lines, etc.
prior to setting the timing. Do I need to do anything to this 5cyl NA
engine beofre jsut trying to get it at 15deg BTDC?
Thanks all!
Randy...
BTW, I also realize that the odometer doesn't work - Dave Head are you out
there?? I remember you had yours fixed a while ago and was hoping for some
advice.
