Like others have said, in many instances I've found a stud on its way to
backing out, almost ready to fall out, and with the nut seized on there so
tight I had to put it in a vise to loosen it.  With all the vibration and
expansions going on in there, I've found a little blue helps a lot on the
stud end to keep it in place.
