Jetronic works!!!!! -- Operator error!

Well thanks to all for you input on my problems when i said "Bad ECU or
Lambda Control Unit"  turns out everything is fine.  The car has been running
in open loop until today!   I borrowed my dads high dollar volt,ohm,amp meter
and saw that the O2 sensor was working.  Then proceeded to the control
pressure actuator and found too high of mA.  over 20mA at idle.  I then
started to adjust the mixture and saw the read out on the meter back down to
~10mA fluctuated a few.  YEAH!!!   CLOSED LOOP!!

(damn cheap ($ 10) digital multimeters no good)

Now well see how the cold start is in the morning and will take my next days
off to find vacuum leaks.  There is a small one somewhere.
