With about 8 mouse clicks each you can add them to the KB.  Less time
than it takes to write and send the email... try it, it's cool!  Just
find the appropriate category, create a new tidbit, and copy and paste
the text into it.  Don't worry if it's not perfect - other people can
come along and add to it, edit it, etc. if need be.
