Sad News, No Real Audi Content

Hello All,

It is with a heavy heart that I mourn the loss of one of my best friends
and former roomate of the last ten years, Doug Loftfield. He sucumbed to
a heart attack earlier this week, and passed away last night in his
hospital bed.

None of you would know him, he did not drive an Audi (but he did rescue
me off the side of the road more than once in some of mine) and did not
subscribe to the list, but without his help and advice over the years I
probably would not be driving mine either.

He was a great guy, who helped me turn many wrenches on "that damned
foreign car of yours" when he would have rather been working on his
Chevy or building his house. He will be sorely missed by those who knew him

I'll miss you buddy.
