That means they are different - those letters at the end aren't just for
cosmetics, they usually mean something.  But, hey, it's working, so it
is probably just the ABS mount that is th difference...

Absolutely.  If you can arrange the space, a parts car is a treasure
trove of bits and pieces and a great learning experience.  I bought a
wrecked 90Q at the same time as mine (for twice as much!) and spent a
couple of weeks stripping it.  After that I felt like I knew the whole
type 89 thing inside out...
