KnowledgeBase addition - OilCoolerReplacement

Gentlepeople,

I've added a TidBit to the Audifans KnowledgeBase:

Adding this was a bit more pain than the straight text ones
I added.  First I had to attach the graphics files to the TidBit,
one at a time, which was slow. Then you reference them in
the TidBit.  And the JPG files I uploaded wouldn't display,
so I had to delete the JPGs (awkward) and upload GIFs.

If you have a pet procedure you'd like to share, go for it.
