bad vibrations

Hoped it wouldn't happen but it did anyway. After putting in new bilstein s=
hocks/struts, the front now vibrates, starting around 70mph and continuing =
all the way up to 110 or so. It used to be rock stable at 110; now it feels=
 very nervous and skittish. Did I mess up the alignment while swapping the =
shocks/struts? Do some kind of bushings need to be replaced? Help, I want m=
y effortless high speed cruising back! Thanks,
