Flywheel reference pins - 200 flywheel -> NG engine

OK - that confirms what I thought - funny there are pins even on the
4000 flywheel(actually on the pressure plate) in the same position, but
no apparent sensor to read them. Must be a holdover.

SO I thought I'd double check before removing the pins from the 200
flywheel. They are not secured very well, so no wonder I have heard of
them missing on 200 20Vs that go OOS.

Now if I can just figure out the wiring (another post).

[CIS3 uses the hall sender for timing reference and RPM, so yes, no
reference pins needed.
