Favorite Monkey Lad Tales?

So I'm borrowing a lift at a national muffler and brake franchise
operation where a friend of mine works.  The managers on the phone with a
sister store in the next town over.  "What, you've fired the guy
already?"  "Didn't he start working there about an hour ago, wasn't he
the district managers brother in law or something, the guy he wanted to
put in my store, the guy with all kinds of experience?"  Laughter ensues.

The first job they gave the guy was an oil change, the MLIT (Monkey Lad
in Training) did the oil change with the engine running.  Fired on the
spot.

I thought I had seen and heard it all, but this was a new one to me.
