changing compressor&oil charging

I was unsuccessful in pulling the clutch off of my old 200q
compressor, so I found a local recycler that has one used.

a couple of questions:

Draining and replacing the oil from the replacement. How and how
much? I don't think I should cycle the compressor first, or should I
just rely on the amount of oil that's already in there?

Orings on the manifold- are they a special type, or can I use just
regualr hardware store types?
