Here is one on behalf of my Dad, who bought a Ford Galaxy new in 1960: The
Galaxy included a free 500 mile check where, among other things, the Ford
dealer was supposed to check/adjust the tension on the bands in the
automatic transmission and change the transmission filter.

When my Dad got the car back from the dealer, he looked over the car to see
what they had done -- it's been a running joke around our house now for over
40 years that the dealer was so thorough they even put the road grime grease
and dirt back on all the nuts and bolts after they reinstalled the
transmission pan so you couldn't tell they had dropped the pan.

My Dad confronted the dealer with his findings and got nothing but denial
and lies. That car never went back to any dealer. That's kind of why I
grew up with an attitude towards dealer service.
