sorry for bringing them up, but i didnt bring them up to you... just discussing drag racing audis is all.
man... you should be proud i can only think of two faster recent old audis off the top of my head... and
its obvious why they are faster... both 20v turbo, one in a golf with nos!!!!!!
keith murrays sport quattro has what seems like an unlimited budget...
after all he will sell you a replica but ive heard its upwards of $200 000
the golf does deserve tons of credit though... its one of the nuttiest yet still drivable cars ive seen...
putting an audi 200 wheelbase under a golf isnt even close
to putting a 10v in a typ89... not that im discrediting that... im so damn proud of my 90tq...
if i can get 14 seconds ill be happy as hell.
im sure most of this mailing list wishes they could even go for a ride in your car.
after all, whos heard of a faster audi 80? especially with a 10vt
and its the second highest hp rating ive seen for a 10v
502+nos is the most ive heard of... but you seem barely started...
you havent even put a cam in yet... let alone using custom race pistons and connecting rods
