Car and Driver pretty much trashed MMI and the car(04 A8L) in general;
their beef with MMI was that every time the car was started, you had to
accept a legal disclaimer on the screen. That's a huge turnoff for me.
Their beef with the car itself was that it was limited to 128mph despite
having high performance tires and that the handling and ride were
unimpressive. It was also extremely heavy and ponderous. Sounds like Audi
USA mucked up yet another new car launch.
