That is what happened, he turned down the wrong street and when he finally realized it and went to hit the brakes, he floored the accelerator...for two full city blocks...the entire length of the farmers market. They say the death toll is up to 10 now, over 40 injured, 12 critically. After being tested for alcohol they let the man go, lets hope they at least took away his license..sigh...
