Oil leaking near manifolds in 200TQ

Those type of leaks are the worst.  My rack was
failing internally.  I'd get the burnt fluid smell and
sometimes when stopped I'd see smoke around the wheel
wells etc.  Couldn't find the leak.  Finally after
cleaning everything really well I squeezed the boot on
the right side and it was filled with fluid.  It was
coming out onto the downpipe/cat and burning off.  A
new rack cured that problem.
