Drag racing times - parts/work to modify

Ok, since I will have a spare 4kq intake setup soon, and am strongly considering doing a 034EFI stage 2 conversion, (minus a new header) are there any downsides to using the 4kq intake setup?
What sort of TPS can you use with the 4kq intake?
I'm just starting to get an idea of what I will need to accumulate to do this conversion, and since everyone has done a different setup, there's not a whole lot to go on yet.

Thanks!
