Uh, thanks, but believe it or not I though of that. This particular crappy
tool doesn't seem to learn even manual entries properly, hence my question.

Also, I'd consider a different client (used Pegasus for years) but I
regularly use the integration w/ Office that I can't get w/ other clients. I
find that simply not openning attachments unless I'm expecting them and
already know what they are is sufficient.
