Yes Luke,
  Your Dist will work.  I have a KH and have a Dist in it from
an MC right now.  They are identical.  The ur-q dist however is
different.  FYI.
  Look at the dist, you should only have one window for the
halls sensor.  The KH and MC engiens are both like this where as
the NA motors have a hall sender window for each cyl.
