Not really, unless you have some extra special Diesel Common rail injectors.
These are just coming to the scenes with OEMs so they probably won't be in the
aftermarket for several years. Diesel engines use fuel injectors that must
inject Diesel fuel into the combustion chamber using pressures as high as 20,000
psi. This is much higher that EFI injectors that never see fuel pressures
higher that 70 psi.
Great idea but it would be extremely expensive to source fuel injectors that
will fit your cylinder head....
