Yes, in a pintch, stabilize the crank and grap the bushing with some big channel locks and try twisting it out. If that doesn't work, you can rig up a tool by tapping the ID of the bushing and bending a bracket of steel with a bolt threaded into it similar for the timing belt tensioner removal tool, lemme know if you need me to explain further, but you definitley don't need to remove the crank seal.
