re. swishy type44

I bet the Dustsheild around the brake rotors got slightly deformed
doing the job, and now rubs against the rotors.  Just bend it back.

Just had a cv boot replaced along with 4 new brake lines on my '87
5kcstq
last week.  I'm now hearing a swish-swish-swish sound that's in step
w/vehicle speed/tire rotation. Ideas? Things to check?
