Curious as what all this was about, and with BS detector already ringing
on "high," I googled the product name in question...

BS detector alert: all aftermarket "devices" that have anything to do
with "swirling air" are scams.

They even provide "detailed technical information" for people easily
bamboozled by made-up jargon and pretend engineering.

What, stumped as to how to prevent th scammers from claiming to make the
engines so much cleaner, more powerful (usually), and more efficient?
