NG engine in a 4000 quattro

Is the 4kq with NG engine a transplant, or did it actually have that
engine from the factory.  I was not aware any cam from the factory with
this setup.

I'm on the final stretch of an NG conversion in an '87 4kq which I have
been calling "Project GTQ".  I hope to have it running this week.
