Dummy Fog Lamp Inserts -- make them into LED turn signals

Well, the fog lights go as low as they can, ie under the bumper.  And
you don't need driving lights with a dual lens H4/H1 setup.

All I want is some nice, discreet, body color and black bumper bolt covers.
