FA Family Album ETKA resolution settings no exit no escape

Family Album (FA) and ETKA:
"I've been told": That the default resolution is 1280 x 1024,
and will display only a portion of the program if shown on an
older computer or one set to less than the 1280 x 1024 resolution.
1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 will not display the entire program.
The best way to describe this is to look at a photo cropped.
Therefore, exit and other functions cann't be reached by the mouse.
(At least you cann't see them to be able to use them.)

At 1280 X 1024 you get the full FA covering the screen, at anything above
that you get FA in a 1280x1024 section of the screen.
