It has a 200 20V flywheel - yes lighter dual mass flywheel.
I sure wouldn't go yanking out the motor at this point if I hadn't
however. I finally got the engine running today.
This whole project has been over 4 years in the making and 1 year was
planning and procurement of the parts to assemble the engine. I think
this is the engine the car should have come with in the first place.
I cover most of the details on my website and plan to update with final
details when completed.

Did you lighten the flywheel? I strongly recommend it! No downside.
I have done the NG conversion to my 84 4kq and couldn't be happier
with it.
Been driving Mazda b3000 out of necessity and my urq when the truck is
not needed.
Probably will switch back to the 4kq soon.
