Isn't that welded in place?

Anyway, there was a posting here a couple years ago about reinforcing the
body at the ends of the rack because the material there was beginning to
crack.  I seem to recall someone had a website with pix of the process of
how they designed the reinforcement and how they got it located properly
before doing the welding.  Maybe a search of archives???
