NG fuel

I was trying to adjust the fuel mixture the other day because I failed
emissions.

All the readings point to running lean. All of mine intakes seals and
gaskets are new, o2, cat is new (100 miles old), plugs are new.



Plugs, o2 and cat is replaced the same day btw. And ECU reset right after



Ok back to fuel running.



I insert my 3mm T handle into the adjuster bolt. Feels stripped so I took a
wrench and tapped my 3mm from the top to get more hold. 2 taps later (not
rough) my 3mm goes down an inch. I donno if that's normal so I'm asking
here. It left white mark all along the bottom inch of the 3mm. I didn't do
any adjustment because I didn't know if that's correct...



The bottom feels like I'm touching the air plate. or some other metal
sheet..
