I am not sure what you're asking.  Your car isn't turbocharged, so it is
already "normally aspirated".  Are you saying you want to remove all
of the fuel injection and put a carburetor in its place?  If not, what is
it that you really want to do?  A gasoline powered engine needs air +
fuel + spark to run.  The air & fuel is supplied by the fuel injection
system, and the spark is from the ignition system.  In your model with
the CIS-EIII, all three are intimately related and electronically
controlled...

Randomly replacing parts isn't a good way to fix problems.  You should
systematically debug things (the Bentley manual should be your guide here),
but first you should have a good understanding of how the system works
and what everything does.
