Extreme Coupi quattro/Intake Runner Length

Javad, quick question about intake runner length...  What do you consider an
optimal intake runner length for a turbo motor?  I'm guessing you feel that
minimizing volume takes precedence over tuning runner length for a harmonic
around the torque max. ?
