4 bolts hub to 5 bolts

I have a 90 Q 1988, 4 bolts hub. What s the easiest way to maike it 5  bolts hubs ?

Make 5 holes on the 4 bolts hub ?
Put another hubs ?

I already have 5000 turbo 5 bolts hubs, maybe i can fit it.
The 5000 front bearing is the same size(outside)  of the 90 Q 1988, so, i can put 5000 hubs on the 90 nuckle. BUT i must use CV from 5000, but the CV shaft is longer. Does exist a CV shaft shorter ?

And the tranny flange is bigger for the 5000 than the 90, i think the 200 or 5000 flange fit on 100 or 90 tranny.

It does not matter if the wheels goes to the fender, i ll enlarge the fenders anyway..
