1998 A6Q Brakes

List:
    I hope to replace the brake pads on my '98 A6Q this weekend (after
failing to do so last weekend when I couldn't get the caliper to release
sufficiently to slide it off the brake disk).  A couple of questions:
    1.    Is there a trick to compressing the caliper pistons back into
the calipers?  If so, what is it?
    2.    What is the torque setting for reattaching the caliper bolts
to the hub carrier?
