On several occasions I needed small items like a hood release cable and it
wasn't big enough for them to worry about. I was told they wouldn't deal with
minor items. They also offer a 10% discount to Quattro Club Members, and when I
asked for it,buying tail lights for my ex-V8, they weren't happy to give it to
me.
 Glad someone had a good experience.
