Ok i know its not a Audi but on this Quantum i own also I have a puzzleing
thing with the altitude sensor. The Bentley on page 25.88 for those of you with
one says to check the alt. sensor unplug the harness and connect meter to
diff press regulator. With key on you should get 10mA at the dpr and I do then
it says jump wire the first and second connections on the alt. sensor wire
harness and you should get 11-14mA at the dpr and I do. Then jump wire the first
and third connections and you should on the harness and you should get 0-4mA
and I do. Then it states if you get these currents then the alt. sensor is
bad. How is that possible when your not even using the alt sensor but the
harness and it disconnected? I can see it being right for the lambda control unit
testing but not the alt. sensor itself.

Please explain
DJ
